H-PAK power packs according to HYDROPRESS standards

The H-pak hydraulic power pack series has been developed to provide the customer with simple and efficient hydraulic systems with a very short lead time. The solutions we propose are based on standard hydraulic components which we keep in stock. They can be used for industrial machines and equipment both for stationary and mobile applications. The system parameters are selected depending on the flow rate and pressure requirements. The hydraulic system is built on the tank. Depending on the requirements, aluminium tanks (12, 25, 50 l), or steel tanks (20, 40, 63, 100, 160, 250) are offered in the programme.
The drive system consists of an electric motor (1- or 3-phase) and a gear pump. This system feeds a hydraulic block built on the tank cover, on which directional control valves selected according to requirements are mounted. The power pack includes a return line filter with a replaceable filter element, an optical oil level indicator with thermometer, filler filter with an air filter, an oil drain plug and a pressure gauge.
As an option, complex control sections with additional accessories such as accumulators, radiators, heating elements, relays, pressure transmitters etc. can be installed. As standard, the power pack is designed for short-time operation.
